Description
Another famous Philadelphia food is the Cheesesteak. The movie "Rocky" set in Philadelphia, lent fame to the home of its creator, Pat's Steaks. The Oliveri Brothers opened a hotdog stand in the heart of South Philadelphia in the 1930's. They often ate grilled chopped beef on a hotdog roll. They added green pepper or onions, eventually used long Italian hard rolls instead of hotdog rolls, and the rest is history.
While it is our intention to satisfy your wants with these items, we intend to offer you a wider variety of items as well, to satisfy your palate. Some will be Philadelphia favorites and some just All American good. We hope you will visit often, enjoy our menu items and our specials.
