Original pizza and Italian ristorante is truly a family business. Raffaele, Carmela and Giuseppe (Carmela 's father now retired) started this legend Back in 1991. They were all born in Italy, Raffaele came from Napoli, Carmela and her father were born in Sicilia.They emigrated to New York where Carmela eventually met and fell in love with Ralph. They came to Colorado with one goal in their mind,to bring the best pizza and Italian food to this region, and they did it back in 1984. Since then they have been in Colorado, where they felt to be at home. Their kids Alessandra, Daniela and Alberto also had a big role in their business success. We hope you enjoy the very best food and service the original style.
A special note to the customers. They proudly serve pasta made only from the finest ingredients available. The pasta is imported from Italy, it is made from 100% Semolina and contains no cholesterol, as you will discover the taste is superb.
