     We are proud to serve the same  great submarine sandwich many have  enjoyed from the Original Fontano's  on Polk St in Little Italy in Chicago.  Fontano's subs opened in the Taylor St neighborhood in 1960 and news  began to travel about the great sandwiches mad in the back room. Since  then Fontano's has received recognition as serving  Chicago's #1 sandwich  from the Chicago Sun Times food critic, Pat Bruno. " A serious sub shop. the  Italian Blockbuster is a meat and cheese extravaganza - Delicious  Eating."  We are happy to work with you to plan a meal for your family, business or  community gatherings.
