    Description

Head Chef David Lee life story does not include heart-warming tales of growing up with grandma's traditional recipes or aspirations of culinary greatness. At the age of 13 or 14 - he forgets exactly which. It was not out of any particular familial love of fine cuisine, but raw economic necessity.

He washed vegetables, plucked chickens and beat eggs. At his age, he was not allowed to use a knife, much less to cook anything.

In the 1970s, David caught on as a cook, working his way up the ladder at local restaurants. Taiwan's culinary industry is less formal than in the West, and there was no greater school for David than the city's kitchens and streets.

In just a few years Chef David Lee establish a tradition Taiwanese food restaurant into to the Mile-high City. With the opening of DTC location it still have many follower from the old location of Mississippi and Federal.

At Chopsticks we penetrates the generic nucleus, turning out markedly authentic, intelligent and addictive dishes that defy conventional ubiquity.
