Our Foods
Pho, our signature dish, is made by slow cooking beef for more than 6 hours to develop the full flavor of the broth. Spices including cinnamon, clove, and star anise are added to create the distinctive aroma of pho. This soup is traditionally served with fresh rice noodles, thinly sliced beef, and a plate of fresh vegetables and herbs.Grilled noodle bowls feature marinated beef, pork, chicken, or shrimp served on rice noodles or steamed rice along with a variety of vegetables and herbs.
Vietnamese cuisine emphasizes the balance of protein, vegetables, and starch. Our Pho soups, grilled dishes, and Banh Mi are made with high quality ingredients and are carefully balanced to provide a complete meal. We do not use MSG in any of our foods and when available we select locally grown produced.
