Hearty Arty
A delicate blend of artichoke hearts and spinach, prepared as a creamy dip. Served with veggies.
Chips & Salsa
A generous portion of trans fat free tortilla chips served with our salsa.
Nachos
We start with a pile of light, crispy tortilla chips fried in trans- fat free oil, and then drizzle them with vegetarian green chili. Then we smother them under a blend of Monterey jack and cheddar cheeses and bake them to perfection. Over the cheese, we add fresh diced tomatoes, scallions, spicy jalapenos and black olives, garnished with sour cream and chunky salsa. Add tender chicken breast slices, seasoned ground beef or a combination of both to make this a hearty starter.
Baked Stuffed Mushrooms
Fresh mushroom caps stuffed with cream cheese, spinach and a touch of herbs, topped with melted fontina-provolone cheese.

Prairie Pies
Our Prairie Pie is a Beau Jo’s pizza created on a thin crust without our hand rolled edge, and lighter amounts of ingredients than our Mountain Pies.
Crusts
Honey White (standard) or Honey Whole Wheat (contains white flour). The crust can be made Mountain thick or Prairie thin upon request. Our dough is made fresh throughout the day with Olive Oil and Rocky Mountain Honey. For an extra golden touch, your crust can be basted with butter.
