Our latest addition to the Breckenridge Brewery family of brewpubs and ale houses is located in the hip Lower Highlands district of Denver. The Ale House takes our mantra of “Good Food, Good Drink and Good Cheer” to its highest level yet. Come feast on handcrafted fare, explore Colorado’s best craft beers, sip on a fantastic glass of wine or a killer cocktail – all while taking in the neighborhood’s most jaw-dropping views from our rooftop patio, open-air bar or inviting dining room.
Inside we pay tribute to Colorado craft brewing with 42 beers on tap, starting with a delicious dozen from our beer-mad scientists at Breckenridge Brewery. But ours is a big-picture focus: we showcase 25 beers from our favorite Colorado comrades, including inventions from our allies at Wynkoop Brewing. The beer lineup changes daily, so stop in often to try the Colorado craft industry’s latest and greatest.
Bigger fan of grape than grain? Our 30+ list of thoughtfully chosen wines includes premium selections from every locale, including Colorado. Highlights of our in-state wine list include creations from Denver’s own Infinite Monkey Theorem.
If spirits are what move you, we have a handcrafted cocktail list that makes our most discerning LoHi neighbors swoon. Many of these drinks are built with small-batch, Colorado-made liquors and local ingredients.
This same obsession with quality shows in our painstakingly prepared food. Our diverse upscale casual menu features local ingredients whenever possible and, what else, craft beer. Our promise is simple: deliver an exceptional dining experience and high-quality fare at a price as comfortable as our neighborhood.
Our name pays homage to Amato of Denver, a family-owned fountain and statuary business that operated here from 1947 until 2010. The Amato tradition continues one block north of us and sculptures from our artful namesake can be found throughout our place.
